Slightly Unhinged: Mental Health Magazine
Slightly Unhinged is a mental health magazine I created to reflect the chaos, humor, and hope that often come with navigating your inner thoughts. Designed for young adults, this publication blends raw honesty with lighthearted visuals, offering a space that feels both relatable and empowering.
Through a mix of illustrated comics, personal essays, and thought-provoking design elements, the magazine invites readers to feel seen without being weighed down. I crafted the visual identity — from cover to layout — using expressive typography, custom illustrations, and playful yet intentional design choices to mirror the magazine’s voice: vulnerable, witty, and a little offbeat (in the best way).
